VIP Gem Club has clear intentions for you to love your jewelry!

Once you have selected and purchased your exciting new jewelry, the timeframe to receive your package is five business days or less. All of the items shipped out are insured and a matching signature is required. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. After 14 days only exchanges of equal or greater value will be accepted. 
 
If for any reason the jewelry you purchase from VIP Gem Club requires a repair within the first two years from the date of purchase we are happy to extend a warranty on most concerns. The VIPGemClub warranty covers most small repairs based on normal wear and tear at no cost to the client, outside of shipping costs. If your repair involves replacing a colored stone, you will be asked to cover the cost of the stone however you will be given the cost price. In order to get the jewelry shipped back for repair, clients are asked to cover shipping costs both ways. VIPGemClub is able to create labels thru UPS at a reduced rate. VIPGemClub will supply the client with an outgoing UPS shipping label to begin the repair process, per request. Email our shipping department manager 
 
Grace will collect all the required information to get your jewelry repaired and back to you safely. Clients who want to use alternate shipping carriers may do so, and purchasing insurance is always recommended. 
If you decide after you purchase you item that you would like an Appraisal after all, the items that the client wants the appraisal paperwork for will have to be shipped back to VIPGemClub to be inspected. The shipping costs will be the clients responsibility both ways, and the cost of each appraisal is $125.00
